This project was at the Unity College Center for the Performing Arts in Unity Maine. 8 unitary (ducted) units were removed and energy efficient Fujitsu heat pumps were installed to reduce energy at the facility and increase comfort. 8 units were installed in the stage, theatre, and balcony area increasing comfort level in each of the spaces. Each office received a ductless mini split Fujitsu heat pump and the temperature in each office can be controlled individually. In the Leonard R. Craig Art Gallery a combination of wall units and ceiling units were installed. Some units were mounted in the ceiling so not to take away from the look of the art. Insulation upgrades were also done by Advanced Spray Foam to further increase the efficiency of the building.
