This was a commercial heat pump project at Northern Mattress in Skowhegan Maine. The contractor that upgraded the entire front of the store was Carpentry Services in Burnham Maine. There were 2 very old heating units above each door. The old air conditioning system was old and had failed leaving the store uncomfortable. It was also uncomfortable in the winter time as the front of the store was so cold prior to the heat pumps that a pellet stove was added to stay warm. With the new upgrades and the new heat pumps the store is now staying at comfortable year round and with reduced energy costs.
