This was a condo unit in Scarborough Maine. No ductwork could be used outside so the lines were hidden in the garage and attic. A wall mounted unit downstairs and a ceiling cassette upstairs in the master bedroom.
The outdoor unit is on a pre cast slab and ground stand both for looks and to avoid vibration into the home.
